Copper Creek Manufacturing has grown to 210 employees producing precision metal components for the region's equipment and aerospace suppliers — and is adding a third shift this winter to keep up with demand.

Our flagship nine-month leadership program pairs rising managers from member companies with regional executives, elected officials and nonprofit leaders. Participants complete a community capstone project before graduating each spring.
